We are investigating the purchase and complete renovation of a commercial building located on Main Street in downtown Travelers Rest. It is across the street from the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and walking distance from "Sunrift Adventures" (140 yards), "Trailside Creamy" (125 yards), "The Cafe @ Williams Hardware" (140 yards), and "Leopard Forrest Coffee Cafe" (1/8 mile.)

When thinking of the potential use of this property, our first choice would be to create an artist co-op/gallery, however we are not sure if there is a need or market for this kind of use.

The results of this survey will help us decide if we should pursue creating this space to be used as artist studios, or if the building would be better suited for retail or office use.
